Research On Small Business Loans In Inner Mongolia Banking Industry

Financial system is the core of the modern economy.However,most of credit funds,which play the most important roles during the development of enterprises,are put into large-size and medium-size firms by banks.In fact,small-size firms are always on the unfavorable position when they want to gain loans.As the consummate financial systems and active capital markets,there are varieties of financing channels to mitigate this problem efficiently in the advanced market.In our country,although the policy barriers are eliminated gradually,the small-size firms still have to be faced with many unfavorable elements comparing with large-size and medium-size enterprises.Because the small-size firms are developed in the recent years in the under-development market,therefore it is very difficult to gain the timely and stable financial services.As the remote and under-development district,there is a great gap between the development of Inner Mongolian small businesses and those small businesses in advanced districts on business size,industrial level and enterprise quality.In the same time,Inner Mongolian small businesses have eager demands on capital.However,as the bad organizations of accounting system,lack of collaterals and small scale,these small businesses are not popular among the banks.It limits the further development of small-scale businesses.Therefore,in my opinions,it is significant to analyze the small-scale business loans in Inner Mongolia.This article is based on the current situation of Inner Mongolian small-scale businesses loans and summarizes the problems and reasons of small-scale businesses loans and the banking authority policy.Secondly,it introduces the successful experiences of other countries' banks about the micro-loans,and analyze the organization of micro-loans department of Baoshang Bank.Finally,there are several suggestions about prompting the micro-loans in Inner Mongolia.
