Study On Transparency Evaluation Of Agriculture Company

Dishonesty information released behavior can be easily found on the stock market,information transparency issues can not be ignored,increasing information transparency has become more and more important.As a pillar industry in China,agriculture providing support for the development of the domestic economy,as a large agricultural country,agriculture is a listed company from the traditional model of agriculture to the modern paradigm shift product.However,compared to other industries,agricultural listed companies facing a variety of risk factors and they are in weak nature statement,therefore,the quality of information transparency has more issues.But few existing studies involving agricultural transparency of listed companies.Based on the above analysis,the paper aims to establish the index system for agricultural listed companies information transparency evaluation,and transparency information of agricultural listed companies ranked in order to offer useful information to stakeholder to make decisions.Based on signaling theory,agency theory and the efficient market theory,using the standard research,summarized research,comparative analysis,empirical research methods for agricultural information transparency of listed companies.Considering the feature of agricultural listed companies,this paper takes the opinion that agricultural company should focus on biological assets,suppliers and customers,tax subsidies,social responsibility and transparency timeliness of annual disclosure.By listed companies of Agriculture from 2011 to 2013's annual reports,founding there are a large of information issues transparency statements.Summarizing research of scholars on the information transparency of listed companies to get the information transparency generally applicable factors.Combining the characteristics of agricultural listed companies,joined the five indicators of agricultural characteristics,named:biological assets is consistent with the business scope of the disclosure,social obligation to disclose to score whether to disclose the risks faced by the company,whether to disclose the supplier and customer information,tax subsidies,and then build a suit of Agricultural gold were started corporate transparency index system evaluation index system which contains a total of five level indicators,23 secondary indicators,subdivided into 3 1 specific indicators.To study the annual report of agricultural listed company in years 2011-2013,collected the indicators of specific data,then use the entropy evaluation model for agricultural listed companies information transparency scoring situation and make a final order.Through vertical comparison within the companies,finding agricultural information transparency of listed companies is improving;comparison between companies through horizontal,finding the agricultural companies ranked more stable in three years.Getting agricultural listed company's specific ranking,can be used as basis for stakeholders when making decisions on the basis of the annual report.Comparing the top companies and the last companies to the rating of Shenzhen Stock Exchange,the two factors are basically the same,the index system established in this paper get an area of testing.
