Research On Guaranteerisk Management Of Guangzhou Kaide Financing Guarantee Corporation

Since the Interim Measures for the Administration of financing Guarantee Companies and relevant supporting systems were enacted in 2009,supervision measures for the financing guarantee industry have been gradually improved.Guarantee industry has exposed a variety of problems since the incident of HuaDing guarantee company occured in 2012 and the impact of the complex economic situation at home and abroad.Guarantee industry is high-risk.In the face of economic downturn,financing guarantee corporations have to control the risk of occurrence of compensation as they are searching for development.This thesis expounds the development of domestic and international financing guarantee,so as to clarify the basic ideas and directions of risk management for domestic financing guarantee corporations.Through analyzing the risk management of Kaide financing guarantee company in many ways,including basic situation,business situation,financial condition,employee status,the existing problems in risk management of the company will be found out.Through further study and analysis on the basis of the above problems,a plan of risk management for Kaide financing guarantee company was proposed,including improvement of the internal control system and auditing financial statement of the quasi guaranteed company,establishment of effective identification for credit risk,quantitative measurement and evaluation system,and improvement of staff quality,etc.At the same time,measures for implementation and evaluation of the plan to Kaide financing guarantee company were proposed in this thesis.Last but not least,the prospect of problems required further was put forward,which provides a positive reference of risk management for other similar guarantee corporations.
