| Since the current domestic economic downward pressure,China’s trade relations with foreign countries are increasingly tense,the haze of COVID-19 is still affecting the whole world,directly or indirectly affect the development of the world economy,China’s economy is also facing huge challenges.Among them,small and micro enterprises occupy an indispensable part in the economic development of our country,they have slow development,high financing cost characteristics and problems,its financing difficulty has been a major factor affecting the survival and development of small and micro enterprises.One of the ways to solve the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises and the high cost of obtaining capital is financing guarantee,which should come into being in order to solve the financing problems of small and micro enterprises.Improving the risk management of financing guarantee companies and enhancing the internal control ability play a crucial role in strengthening the control of financing risks of small and micro enterprises.This paper studies A financing guarantee company and introduces its internal operation and external operation environment.Based on the theory of information asymmetry and credit allocation theory,and combined with the practice,the risk management problems encountered in the process of loan guarantee business of A company are analyzed and studied,mainly from the perspectives of pre-loan guarantee and post-loan guarantee.Before the loan guarantee,it found that A company’s risk evaluation system was insufficient,personnel training was insufficient and the loan guarantee rationing method needed to be improved.Insufficient enforcement of the system after loan guarantee and low efficiency of return visit after guarantee.The causes of these problems are mainly classified into three reasons,including excessive pursuit of profit by A company,low average quality of credit personnel and lack of independence of audit and supervision department.The author refers to the latest policies and regulations concerning the risk management of A company.Investigate the whole business process of loan guarantee on site,understand the company’s organizational structure,and analyze the existing or potential risk problems.According to the company’s operating data published in recent two years,analyze its compensation situation and other data,and analyze the unreasonable place of its risk management and the biggest possible potential risk of the company at present.Three countermeasures are obtained,including optimizing the internal system construction of A company and optimizing the guarantee business structure;Using the analytic hierarchy process,the risk evaluation system parameter model is built to establish the risk evaluation system before loan guarantee.Customize the post-guarantee loan management strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward three safeguard measures for the construction of Company A,expecting to put forward optimization suggestions for risk management from different perspectives,standardize the rights and responsibilities of employees and training mechanism,maintain the independence of guarantee funds and operating funds,and establish and improve the company’s business information system. |
