China's economy is in the stage of rapid development,one of the important reasons is the rising and vigorous development of entrepreneurial activities.State Administration for Industry and Commerce data shows that only the first half of 2015 the number of newly registered enterprises registered 184 million,an increase of 47%.Entrepreneurship activities are considered to be the MengineM that drives the current economic development.But in the high entrepreneurial rate at the same time,there have been a high failure rate of start-ups.Compared to mature enterpnses,new venture enterprises tend to face two challenges,On the one hand,new enterprises will encounter problems of shortage of resources,the organizational structure is not perfect,the work flow is not clear.This makes the entrepreneur need to have excellent leadershipjeading enterprises to achieve the optimal allocation of entrepreneurial resources,and strive to explore the greater value of new business.On the other hand,start-up companies face greater pressure on the environment,such as the rich experience of competitors,customer preferences change quickly,and technological change with each passing day.This requires entrepreneurs to have the entrepreneurial ability to find market opportunities to improve the adaptability of the rapid turbulence,competitive external environment.As the main undertaker of the growth of entrepreneurial enterprises9entrepreneurial entrepreneurs face enormous pressure.Based on the background of entrepreneurial practice,this thesis draws lessons from the emerging theories of psychology and positive organizational behavior.and systematically studies the effectiveness and development of entrepreneur mental capital on the basis of other scholars' studies.The study on entrepreneur,s mental capital and the exploration of the relationship with the performance of enterprises,can give enterprises a more clear explanation and motivation;at the same time,the targeted recommendations to the entrepreneur have an important role in the survival and development of new enterprises.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,this paper takes the performance of the new business as the result varnable,carries on the empirical analysis,and tests the influence of the entrepreneur psychological capital of the new enterprise on the enterprise performance.It contains six chapters:introduction,related theoretical basis,empirical research model constraction,research design,data analysis,conclusion and discussion.In the aspect of empirical research,this paper mainly uses SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the data samples,descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and venfy the proposed research hypothesis.Through theoretical research and empirical analysis,the author draws the following conclusions:the psychological capital of entrepreneurial entrepreneurs is positively correlated with the performance of enterprises.However,the five dimensions of mental capital have different effects on the performance of entrepreneurial performance,he impact of Fomider's psychological capital as a whole is greater than five dimensions on the performance of new venture.Finally,this paper puts forward the following suggestions;(1)optimize the investment structure and industrial structure,the government should further optimize the external environment.(2)attach importance to the development of psychological capital.(3)to invest in venture capital to develop their psychological capital indirectly.(4)the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of self-psychological capital and self-awareness of entrepreneurs.
