Research On The Management And Control Design Of Deep International Integrated Logistics Port Network Development

Group companies in the development process,with the development of information network technology,gradually expanding the scale of the Group will encounter multi-management problems.The key to solving the problems lies in the establishment of a sound management and control systems.And because the group's own different characteristics,in order to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of management,the right mode should be chose.Whether the group has a competitive market,control is the key,and network management and control is the ability of enterprises to improve their management platform.This paper takes the Integrated Logistics Port of Shenzhen International for the object of study,conducting in-depth study of its network management and control mode and network management and control functions.First,for the problems in this logistics port's development,this paper analyzes three models including capital-based,strategic and operational-type in detail.Then the basis to select appropriate control mode is gave.Subsequently,after selecting appropriate control mode,this paper the designs the corresponding network management and control functions of integrated logistics port of Shenzhen International.The main contents of this paper can be divided into six parts:The first chapter describes the status of the development of the logistics' networking and enterprises' management and control in our country,revealing the significance of this research;the second chapter analyzes the characteristics of the logistics' networking and networking's development,and proposes the problems in the development of networking of Shenzhen international integrated logistics port;The third chapter analyzes the mode of conglomerates' controlling and summarizes the factors about the select of the mode,and constructs the networked organization of three modes of enterprises' management and control,including financial control,strategic control and operational type control;the forth chapter selects and designs the appropriate management and control model of Shenzhen international integrated logistics port;the fifth chapter designs the functions of the Shenzhen international integrated logistics port's networked management and control;the sixth chapter concludes the research work of this paper and the deficiencies which exist in the work.The work in this paper,has a certain sense,on one hand,the network management and control of the integrated logistics port of Shenzhen International is discussed and researched,on the other hand,a detailed analysis about the control modes' designing and control functions' choosing is conducted,then different group companies of our country can get a reference.
