With the rapid socio-economic development, many monomer enterprises have developed rapidly grown into group companies. compared with a single enterprise, the magnitude and difficulty of the group’s management has a lot of different. How effective scientific and standardized management and control, and affiliated companies in human resources, while keeping the relative independence of the subsidiaries in human resource and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of its management. In order to achieve the synergy of the group is indeed a very complex issue. Research and exploration of our group companies control mode is still in its infancy. The study of group management and control in human resource management and control modes is less. The theorists also lack a complete framework of the thematic areas. Therefore, both in theory and in practice need further study and improvement of human resource management and control of group of business.Papers on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the group company in human resource management and control of present situation. From the group corporate human resource management and control modes namely straight, regulators and consultant type of proceed, there are twelve factors form influence of human resource management and control model, those factors are macroeconomic environment, development strategy, industrial structure, investment structure, geographic distribution, the competitive environment, management style, the group management and control mode, the extent of regulation of human resource management, quality of personnel and the level of human resources information. combining theory with practice, the use of studies from the point of view to solve the practical problems faced by the human resource management of the group companies. The NT group company for example to diagnose the status of human resource management and control, to identify the NT group’s human resource management and control problems, and summarize the reasons, by the analysis of its various business segment, based on the classification of the management and control of ideas, the NT group human resource management and control mode is divided into two categories:subordinate enterprises for the main business class to take a combination of straight and regulation management control mode; subordinate enterprises for sideline classes to take consultant management mode. The thesis focuses on the main business class subordinate enterprise and secondary business affiliated enterprises respectively from a human strategy, organizational structure, recruitment, training and development, compensation incentive, performance appraisal, human resource information technology and human resource audit constructed Zhejiang NT group human resource management and control mode. I hope the subject of research can provide some theoretical guidance and reference for the group of corporate human resource management and control.
