Happy Manor from the establishment in 2012,after nearly three years of development,has been formed in YongTai area of a certain scale of development and regional influence.with the development of agricultural sightseeing garden project in Fuzhou region,the target group of enterprise customers has gradually become clear.Enterprises need to optimize the original market position,to further clarify the future direction of happiness and development of manor path.At the same time,the development of appropriate marketing strategies,but also to achieve the future development of happiness manor the necessary means.The paper starts with the development status of agriculture sightseeing garden economy and present situation of Happy Manor,both domestic and international research results are used for reference.Research methods adopted in this paper include documentary analysis and enterprises investigation.On this basis,the paper uses marketing theory to analyze and discusses resolutions.The paper is divided into five major parts.The first part is the introduction that mainly states the background of and related current research situation of this subject.The general information of Happy Manor and it's SWOT analysis is briefly depicted in the second part.The conclusion drawn based on above analysis is that Happy Manor is now faced with opportunities and challenges simultaneously as an emerging industry.Agriculture sightseeing gardens like Happy Manor are likely to make substantial progress by taking advantages of their regional and resource conditions.The integrated positioning and developing strategy for Happy Manor are probed into in the third part.In next section,several effective marketing methods are put forward based on the present situation of Happy Manor combined with marketing theory.To improve the operation performance of Happy Manor,we can take following measures:perfecting infrastructure,building brand characteristics,expanding publicity,raising management level,and bring in needed personnel.The means introduced in the fifth section are able to ensure that above marketing measures are put into effect.The last section provides a summary for the entire paper.In sum,the paper takes Happy Manor as an object,and conducts in-depth discussion by blending the theory of modern marketing with marketing practice,which has practical implications for the future development of agriculture sightseeing gardens like Happy Manor.
