Since1990s, a new industry-sightseeing agriculture has occurred with the tendencyof global agriculture industrialization, now is facing more and more fierce competition.Based on development strategy study for sightseeing agriculture of JiShiFa company, thisarticle refer to evolution of sightseeing agriculture internationally and internally, coupledwith industrial situation to analyze and work out a proper development strategy forJiShiFa in order to strengthen its competitiveness and realize sustainable development.Currently China’s sightseeing agriculture is generally developing in an unbalancedway. For instance, homogeneous projects, lack of theme garden, unsatisfactorymanagement and service, etc. in addition, imperfect infrastructure and limited policy andregulations all seriously affected its sustainable development.Given above-mentioned, this paper uses Michael Porter’s Five Forces Mode toanalyze and predict the trend in terms of Hebei’s sightseeing agriculture, and "SWOT" toanalyze the internal and external environment of JiShiFa, taking market coordination asthe primary strategy orientation, make full use of government policy and industry synergy,commonly regulate regional tourist market order, propel tourism integration. Secondly, ismarket development strategy. In macro-level, it focus on complying with market law,leading by the government, taking actions based on planning and policy; in micro-level,pursuit diversification, enlarge market by culture innovation. Thirdly, is implementation ofbrand strategy, to enhance the core competitiveness. Fourthly, innovation application,JiShiFa achieves management modernization through talent introduction and innovation.The above four strategies are supposed to be focally and combinedly implementedaccording to JiShiFa’s real situation, and through innovation application to keep corecompetitiveness aiming at a healthy and sustainable development for sightseeingagriculture.
