Framework Research And Trend Analyses Of Free Trade Area

With the development of global economic integration,the importance of free trade area has also improved in the world.Many domestic scholars confuse free trade area and free trade zone,and regard free trade zone as the main part of free trade area strategy.China's current free trade pilot park is not yet mature,and have substaintial distinction with free trade area.Based on this,the main purpose of this paper is exploring the difference between free trade area and free trade zone from analyzing the overall framework of free trade area.In addition,I will put forward my own views and ideas,and I hope I can make a contribution to the development of China's free trade area strategy.This paper makes a systematic analysis about the framework of free trade area,and tries to do a more complete analysis about free trade area's entity structure,which includs characteristics,content,historical evolution,management institution and the formation mechanism of its agreement.It also makes a comparative analysis between free trade zone and free trade zone,and puts forward reasonable suggestions based on the full text analysis,which are of practical significance for China to improve the free trade area strategic planning.The full text is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,purpose and significance of this paper,and puts forward the research methods,innovations and shortcomings.And it also summarizes and collates the relevant literature,and displays the research status and research status of the free trade area with "indirect data".From the second chapter to the fourth chapter,it respectively introduce the free trade area's overview and theory,evolution and development trend,management institution and its authority.It will provide the theoretical and practical support for the whole text.The five chapter introduces the layout characteristics,operation process and the determinants of free trade agreements.The six chapter makes a comparative analysis between the free trade area and the free trade zone from three aspects about concept,content and legal basis.The seven chapter introduces the current situation of China's free trade area and of the free trade agreement,and then draws the following three points according to the full text analysis:(1)to form a free trade area management organization,to set up a reasonable and efficient management system;(2)To implement the existing free trade zone,to strengthen the system body framework of free trade area;(3)To distinguish correctly the objective function and future development direction between free trade area and free trade zone.
