Study On The Tax Service Satisfaction Of Chenggong District Office.SAT

With the continuous improvement of China's tax collection and management system,the importance of tax service is becoming more and more important.Tax service has been regulated by law rather than been regarded of a job.In the process of the modernization of the tax revenue,the establishment of high-quality and convenient service system is emphasized all many times.At the same time,the establishment of service-oriented government also requires improved tax service in tax system.However,there is a certain conflict between tax service and the Characteristic of tax with its compulsory,free and fixed nature.How to resolve this conflict and realize the dialectical unity of tax law and tax service in daily work of tax authorities has become a problem which is worthy discussing.Based on the tax service work of the grass-roots tax authorities,this paper sums up the experience of the western developed countries on this issue and studies tax service of tax bureau of Chenggong County,uses the method of questionnaire and in-depth interview to investigate the different stakeholders in the process of tax service with the theory of tax compliance and policy implementation to find out The internal and external factors which affect and restrict the development of Chenggong's tax service.Moreover,putting forward the construction of tax from the tax authority itself,creating a cultural atmosphere and perfecting countermeasures to enhance the Taxation Tax Service Satisfaction of the administration of taxation of Chenggong County in three aspects.The innovation of this paper is to study the real case with tax authorities,taxpayers and third party services to analyze influencing factors in tax service work of Chenggong County and putting forward the current tax service should be extended from the previous narrow tax service to the general taxpayer service.
