Under the requirements of various policies and regulations,the disclosure of social responsibility information has become a general trend,but in the short-term,the enterprise want to obtain resources,enhance the status or improve the image,will deliberately exaggerate their own good aspects and avoid the adverse information of enterprises,by strengthening the subjective description to enhance the ambiguity of semantic,reduce the quality of information disclosure.Listed companies as the main object of corporate social responsibility information disclosure,the authenticity of its report and the substantive was increasingly attended by the outside world.At this stage,independent evaluations of corporate social responsibility reports are important initiatives for improving reports credibility and quality.However,due to the existing evaluation mechanism is not perfect in China,the evaluation of the report is based on a certain expert system to evaluate,so the expert's knowledge and experience differences will bring a great deviation in the score,and the evaluations' subjective and reliability are difficult to verify.In addition,due to the lack of objective and consistent standards based on the overall analysis,and there is also lack of a comprehensive and deep understanding to the characteristics and development of corporate social responsibility information disclosure,so to a certain extent,this will play an important function to the third party evaluation and impact the relevant regulatory policies setting.In this context,from the method and the purpose of empirical exploration,this research selected the China's listed companies report between 2009 and 2015.Based on the document research,this paper presents a method of evaluating to the subjective classification of corporate social responsibility report,and according to the wide horizontal and vertical comparison of the whole sample,analysis and discussion of the subjective scores of the whole report,apply a suitability verification and stability assessment to the method and the empirical results.It aims to explore how to prevent the use of information asymmetry by opportunistic behavior in the enterprise market and prevent the report writers from dealing with the importance of corporate social responsibility cannot be concealed in the way of expression.Then provide the basis and the tool for the decision-making in reality.The results show that the subjective scores of social responsibility reports of Chinese listed companies are generally normal distributed.The diagram turns out to be a rising trend over the years and it was increasing with a linear from 2010 to 2012.And also,Industry heterogeneity and policy control are the main reasons for the formation of the differences,which between different industries and different years are significant.This paper consummates the existing evaluation methods based on expert opinion decision,discusses the causes of the formation of empirical results and the effectiveness of relevant policies,not only provides an important empirical basis for the research of corporate social responsibility,but also a new idea for the non-financial information disclosure as well as objective evaluation of normative text.
