Project Risk Management Of Financial Asset Management Company Business Collaboration

China's financial asset management company(the AMC)as a bank to deal with bad assets called the "bad bank".After many years of operation and development,AMC transition to a financial holding group(the FHG)in the grow economy and deepening of financial reformation.The strict requirements of financial separate operation have been canceled in the USA,EU,Japan and other major developed countries,also the economic union,to allow financial institutions to carry out mixed operations on banks,securities,insurance,trust and other services.With the development of China's economy and the gradual maturity of the financial industry,the demand and the driving force of the AMC to the mixed operation is increasing day by day.The FHG has developed from a single institution to complete the strategic transformation of the separate operation to the integrated management.In this transformation process,there are many problems to be solved.The dissertation focuses on the researchof the project risk management of AMC's business collaboration.Thisarticle,by means of literature review,normative research and case study,took the AMC's project risk management as an example;combine the theories of synergy effect,business collaboration's risk management and other related.In the real case of GW Asset Management Company's branch to cooperate with GX leasing company to carry out financial leases business.The paper introduced the basic situation of the lessee and the guarantor,the transaction structure,the project elements and the risk control management process.Quantitative&qualitative analysisof the caseis increase the practicality and operability of the paper.Business collaboration as a bridge to play synergy effects in FHC,the project risk management is the key.Only analysis the project risk deeply and implement risk control measures then we can control the risk of business collaboration.This paper not only focuses on the project risk management of business cooperation,but also puts forward some risk prevention measures.It is of great significance in the study of domestic related research.At last,this paper analyzes the project risk management' sproblems and deficiencies,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions of the business collaboration case.And it provides theoretical support and useful reference for the risk management of the FHG in business collaboration.
