Research On Development Strategies Of A Logistics Group

As the border area of China,Yunnan Province is economically underdeveloped,however,in the "The Belt and Road" strategy,Yunnan is positioned as the leading edge of international thoroughfare for Southeast Asia and South Asia,modern logistics industry in Yunnan has ushered in the historical window period of development,whose advantage of backwardness can not be ignored.Based on logistics industry theory,industry integration theory and strategic management theory and other related theories,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of A Logistics Group,studies the logistics industry in Yunnan and China,studies advanced logistics industry groups at home and abroad.Combining with advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of A logistics Group,relying on leading enterprises in logistics industry at home and aboard,standing at the point of industrial organizer,regarding modern logistics as the core major business,aiming at featured agricultural products industry in South Asia and Yunnan plateau,by integrating the supply chain,extending the industrial chain,creating value chain,grasping the high profit area of the industry chain,as well as by use of internet of things,big data and other technical means,the data of agricultural products production,logistics and sales can be collected and analyzed for long,new commercial mode can be explored,strategic objective of A Logistics Group can be achieved through staged implementation,which promotes the transformation of A Logistics Group into the first brand of modern logistics in Yunnan Province.Finally,this paper puts forward strategic safeguard measures from intelligence support,strategic control,financial support and human resources.
