A Study Of Soft Factors Of Regional Development In Sichuan From The Perspective Of Endogenous Development

After the Reform and Opening,the economic society of Sichuan has achieved great development,but compared with the developed coastal provinces,there is still a big gap bettwent the mode of economic development,industrial structure,system construction and market development.Facing of the gap,it is necessary to establish an endogenous growth mechanism and build an endogenous economic development strategy to meet the new requirements of the economic transformation in the post crisis era.Through the literature review and endogenous economic development theory(leadership system,etc.),spatial elements and internal innovation mechanism of local economic development,this article constructed a set of suitable machnisam for the analysis of regional economy index framework,taking the level of economic development as the core,constructing ten quantitative variables from the three dimensions of institutional factors,entrepreneurship,leadership factors,based on collecting the data of Sichuan Province and by using the method of principal component analysis and linear regression modeling,the soft factors for the quantitative analysis of the size effect of the economic development of Sichuan province.The results showed that:(1)From the results of empirical analysis,institution?entrepreneurship and leadership are all positive,the soft factors is positively related with the economic development,and it can promote the economic development of Sichuan province(2)In the three indexe,the proportion of entrepreneurship is the smaller(0.372)than other two,showing that the overall strength of enterprises is weak.(3)The factors of leadership effect is remarkable,the local government of sichuan province in the process of economic development reflects that the role is quite important.(4)Ranking the second of the impact of the economic system is institution,it shows that institution plays an important role in local economic development.(5)From the index after decomposition,the 10 two level indicators,except for one of the government sizes are negative(X6),and the rest are positive.
