Study On Start-Up Enterprise Development

Entrepreneurship has always been an important part of economic growth and prosperity.With China's "public entrepreneurship and innovation" policy put forward,the Chinese government has created an unprecedented excellent environment for entrepreneurs.Under this background,start-ups have sprung up.Especially for the technology industry,it has sprung up like bamboo shoots after the rain.Graphene is an important scientific and technological discovery in recent years,and with the development of graphene,graphene related start-ups are on the stage.This paper is based on a graphene technology enterprise as the research object,and describes the development process of the company during the business as an entrepreneur.Based on the theory of entrepreneurship,anti fragile theory and dynamic capabilities,this paper expounds the whole development process of Sichuan T company from its establishment stage to its development stage.It explains many puzzles that entrepreneurs need to face in entrepreneurship.Meanwhile,through theoretical and case summarization,we should extract the focus that should be paid attention to by pioneering companies,especially technology start-ups in the modern era.These include: 1)in the early stage of the market survey should be paid attention to,the industry cycle,market prospects and other factors.2)the solution of important issues such as opening up the market,financing and so on on the ice breaking stage.3)the development stage for the strategic direction of the company planning and the improvement of the entrepreneurial team.This article takes the history of start-up companies as the main line,and expounds how to solve these problems in the development of T company in Sichuan based on relevant literature and personal experience.And it is hoped that through the description of the solution,we can provide theoretical guidance for entrepreneurial companies,especially graphene technology start-ups,which can effectively enable entrepreneurial companies to take fewer detours when they encounter such problems in their business.
