Research On Control Self-assessment (CSA) Of Internet Data Center Infrastructure Project

With the fiercer and fiercer market competition,enterprises need to constantly improve the level of internal control,to achieve the sustainable development.Through the implementation of CSA,checking and analyzing the weaknesses in the internal control,and taking some effective measures,the risk can be effectively controlled,the enterprise management and operation ability can be improved.CSA refers to the process that the management layer and staff are involved in the self-assessment of the effectiveness of the design and operation of the internal control system,to achieve organizational goals and control risks.There are some features in the internet data center infrastructure project whose effectiveness of internal control is directly related to the result of the project.For example,more sub branch projects,strong specialization and more investment.The CSA in the internet data center infrastructure project is helpful to the management of the project internal control from the overall angle of the construction unit,the improvement of the project internal control design and operation mechanism,and the achievement of the project goal.So far,the relevant researches aiming at the construction project with the CSA concept are still lacking,moreover,the researches specifically aiming at the internet data center infrastructure project with the CSA are completely a blank.Therefore,based on the advanced CSA experience from domestic and abroad,a CSA system that suits the internet data center infrastructure project is urgently needed to be built.In view of the above situation,by investigating and researching on the relevant CSA concepts,and the project characteristics and internal control status of the internet data center infrastructure project,this article analyzed the applicability of CSA implementation on the internet data center infrastructure project,and put forward the implementation route of CSA based on risk management and the combination of process link grooming;built a CSA system for the internet data center infrastructure project,which clarified the target,standard,content,and implementation methods of the system,and focused on the specific steps for CSA implementation based on risk management and the combination of process link grooming;By analyzing the CSA living example during the decision phase of internet data center infrastructure project planning on city X,this article verified the practical applicability of CSA system in the internet data center infrastructure project,summarized the issues that need to be improved,and come up with the relevant implementation suggestions.Through this research,the vacancy of the research on the CSA of the internet data center infrastructure project was filled to provide more preference for the application of CSA in more industries.
