With the deepening of enterprise service marketing concept,the continuous improvement of enterprise information technology,more and more customers are facing more and more choices.More and more enterprises begin to attach importance to customer relationship management.Businesses need to serve customers in a way that is more customer intensive and more proactive.Through the maintenance of good customer relations,on the one hand to further provide customers with more valuable services,on the other hand,but also in order to protect their own products,customer awareness and continued recognition.By digging deeper customer value,we continue to create profits and value for the enterprise.FC is a Internet Co specializing in providing travel solutions and services to businesses.It aims to provide a comprehensive and professional integrated travel solution for enterprises.Although FC company has implemented a certain customer relationship management,but in a large number of customers and the rapid development of the company’s business process,FC company also encountered some problems in customer relationship management.According to the current situation of travel industry platform,and the FC company’s customer relationship management optimization of the customer relationship management status of FC company is discussed,combing the current existing and potential problems facing the future development,and according to customer relationship management related theory,combined with the management status of FC company,the customer relationship optimization of management carried out analysis of the principle,scheme,finally elaborated the related implementation steps.This paper analyses the current situation of customer relationship management of FC company,combining the theory of customer relationship management and optimization of customer relationship management,put forward corresponding implementation plan,on the one hand to help bring FC customer relationship management of customers,on the other hand,for the travel management services industry enterprises and even other industries to optimize customer relationship management to bring some reference meaning.
