Research On The Public Welfare Social Responsibility Of Our Private Business Owners From The Perspective Of Sharing

With the continuous development of reform and opening up,the private economy has developed rapidly.The group of private business owners is playing an important role in the realization of common prosperity,have very important influence.Strengthening the consciousness of social responsibility.With the promotion of the economic strength of the private business owners,the social responsibility they need to bear is increasing.According to the situation of the developed countries,private entrepreneurs have a long tradition of taking social responsibility,including public welfare charity.Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee has also made clear that it is necessary to support the charity.It is the responsibility and obligation of the private entrepreneurs to take public welfare social responsibility after their own development.The fifth Plenary session of the 18th central committee of the party formally put forward the concept of sharing,the 19th national Congress of the Communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that with the transformation of the main contradiction of society,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the private business owners to perform the social responsibility of the public welfare into the new connotation,put forward a new request,with new expectations.Since 2008,private enterprises have maintained the status of the first donor and received extensive attention in the social charity cause.But the relevant data shows that the overall level of private business owners in our country to fulfill public social responsibility is not high,and the overall strength has not been fully liberated,even some private business owners has the problem of neglecting the social responsibility of public welfare.More domestic scholars have done research on the social responsibility of private enterprises,and introduced the relevant theories abroad.However,the research on the social responsibility of private entrepreneurs in academia is still focused on the analysis of the current situation,more in the way of news reports and comments.Therefore,from the concept of sharing,the present situation and problem of the public welfare social responsibility of the private entrepreneurs are analyzed,and the effective path to promote the public welfare social responsibility of the private business owners.This study hopes not only to help the private entrepreneurs to shape good social image,improve social identity,but also to have some theoretical significance to the construction of the social responsibility system of the private entrepreneurs of our country.At the same time,it has certain practical significance to guide the public welfare social responsibility practice of the private business owners.This article mainly from the following three aspects:First is to analyze the shared concept,the private business owners should be able to perform public welfare social responsibility,same as "what ought to be";Second,by analyzing the literature information,this paper investigates the current situation of the private business owners to fulfill the public welfare social responsibility,same as"what it is";Third,through comparative analysis "what ought to be " and "what it is",to find out the gap between the two factors,in-depth analysis of existing problems affecting factors.To find out the effective path to promote the public welfare social responsibility of the private business owners under the shared vision.
