At present,our country law firm is still in a large number of firms used to be an anachronism,not in line with the development of the Commission system.However,with the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of information technology,it is urgent for the lawyer service industry to refine the division of labor.With the development of the legal profession,the traditional royalty system can not only continue to provide work enthusiasm for lawyers,but has become a constraining force restricting the development of law firms.Under this background,this paper will use the Yunnan Yangbaiwang law firms as the research object,the analysis of the existing mode of the commission system problems,in-depth analysis of problems,from domestic and foreign advanced management mode of law,the use of the development of corporatization management theory give advice and suggestions for the Yunnan Y law firm.Based on the development of China's small and medium-sized firms,including system management,law firms in the process of the development of market management,personnel management,and financial information,products,and a series of management object,management mode for Yunnan Yangbaiwang law firms put forward an ideal model of effective implementation.The main reason of the writing of this article is through the proposals on management of Yunnan Y law firms,to help the development of the more standardized and professional,and provide a target model for the development of small and medium-sized scale firms in our country and the way of management,promote the common progress of small and medium scale firms in China.To contribute to the construction and perfection of the society ruled by law in China.
