Study On Working Capital Management Of A Enterprises Group Based On Strategic Management

In the process of economic globalization,the enterprise groups expand in many aspects,such as region,industry types and the number of companies.In order to adapt to the development needs,the enterprises need to choose a group control mode which fits their own characteristics.Therefore,the group control mode has become the hotspot.The group strategic management and control mode for the diversification of business-related group companies which meets the development needs of large enterprise groups.is generally recognized.Working capital management is the focus of the Group's corporate governance.The Group's management and control of working capital directly determines the Group's profitability,development potential and risk prevention and control ability.Therefore,the development of a scientific strategy,the use of reasonable management methods of working capital,is the basis for the Group's healthy development.Group strategic control plays a guiding role in working capital management,and the performance of working capital management also influences the implementation effect of group strategy.In this paper,the focus is on the characteristics of Group Company working capital management under the strategy control mode of the group enterprise,and analyzes the real estate industry in detail,and analyzes and optimizes the existing working capital management method with Group A of listed company as an example.The thesis applies the literature analysis,data analysis,case studies.First of all,gather the channel theory,supply chain management theory and working capital management together,re-divide the working capital to link working capital management analysis;Second,analyze the connotation,characteristics,organizational structure under the Group's strategic control model.Thirdly,it analyzes the characteristics of the Group's working capital management under the Group's strategic management and control mode;fourthly,stratify the Group's strategy to rcefine the strategic target of the working capital,corresponding to the Group's strategic level one by one;fifthly,analyze the characteristics of the working capital management of the real estate industry under the group strategy control mode.In the case of group A,the macro-environment of the real estate industry is expounded.Secondly,the development situation of the Group A is described by using the group strategy control model.From the aspects of organization structure,manpower disposition,land policy,financial control and so on.Thirdly,it analyzes the performance and methods of working capital management,such as purchasing channel,production channel and marketing channel,and studies the advantages and disadvantages of its working capital management,and puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the working capital management.The innovation of the thesis is proposing a new thought of studying working capital management,providing a new angle of view to analyze working capital based on strategy.Furthermore,it's practical to propose the optimization advice for group A according to current situation.
