Research On Business Process Optimization Of NA Logistics Company

As one of the emerging industries,logistics(third source of profit)have already played an very important role in economic society even it has a short history.Process Improvement is an competitive strategy of organization which means company need to continually improve and perfect process and meet with success in keenly competing market.This article means to propose a process improvement scheme for NA company.Documentary study and case study was used to study the subject systematically,and the research object is NA company.Following the steps of process improvement.First at all,we analyzed organization structure and logistics process of NA company,and brainstorming and expert opinion approach was used to find the problems of them.Second step,based on those problems we proposed prioritization scheme,details are as follows.NA company adopted functional departmentalization as organization structure,customer service department,storage department,claim department as secondary sectors of operation department.We introduce an new online logistics platform to improve existing process.After the introduction of online logistics platform,work efficiency was increased and resources was saved.As rapid development of information technology,NA company give exceptional customer service and enhance market share by increasing the level of informatization.Through the improvement of organization structure and business process,NA company not only provide efficient and convenient logistics service for customers,but also achieve company's profit maximization goal.
