Research Of Logistics Process Reengineering Strategy For ZT Company

With the impact of INDUSTRIE 4.0,"Internet +" and the "Made in China 2025" Plan.It has become the consensus to implement the industry upgrade of the manufacturing and to lead the country from a manufacturer of quatity to quality.The deep integration of the new information technologies and manufacturing industy,will make profound changes to automobile manufacturing in the production mode,industrial form and business model.And the pattern of logistics operation management that runs throughout the product lifecycle has the same influence.For ZT company,the reengineering of the pattern of logistics operation is indispensable whether for the production flexibility which meet the personalized requirements and more rapid lead-time of customers,or for the leading of industrial development to achieve intelligent manufacturing.Based on the current status of logistics management of ZT company and the business process reengineering theories,the reengineering for logistics operation process of ZT company is studied in this paper which takes the intelligent logistics' characteristics under the environment of INDUSTRIE 4.0.The processes involved in ZT company's logistics management had been reengineered in this paper,such as procurement logistics process,parts warehouse management,production logistics process and spare parts logistics process.Taking production logistics as an example,the intelligent production logistics CPS system and its management platform are also built in the paper.This article combines the idea of INDUSTRIE 4.0 and the supply chain logisticspractice of automobile,and probes the of logistics operation mode changes that under the impact of new technologies for the automobile enterprises.This has important research significance for achievement of the automotive industries' intelligent factory and manufacturing.As an example,this article combines the idea of INDUSTRIE 4.0 and the ZT company logistics practice,and explore the automobile enterprises' logistics operation mode that based on intelligent logistics.This research is significant for ZT company not only to actively respond to the development trend of manufacturing industry transition,but also to improve its market competitiveness.Besides,it provides a reference for the other related enterprises carrying out business transition and meeting intelligent manufacturing.
