Increasingly along with the economic globalization,China's socialist market economic system gradually formed and perfected,the health consciousness of people have been further enhanced,especially teenagers vision rehabilitation of ophthalmology widespread concern by the general patients,but the good and bad are intermingled teenagers vision rehabilitation on the market,technology,quality is not guaranteed,there is a big space for development.Beijing WSL group in recent years in multifarious industry competition,the market share of piaffe and competitiveness weakening many intractable problems,therefore,on the premise of can't change the environment,starting from its own seek better change the way it is necessary to break the traditional marketing of inherent limitations,improve the core competitiveness and develop appropriate marketing methods and efficient information network strengthening customer sticky,with the help of a group of core technology competence development model and chain channels influence on brand building group,raise public awareness of group in the consumer groups,develop more quality products and service to win customers continuous attention,to lay a solid foundation for further development of the group.Based on Beijing WSL group as the research object,this paper investigate the marketing of the current state of the group,the group from inside and outside two aspects of the main problems existing in the marketing strategy,with the SWOT method to clear the group's marketing strategy in the future.Around Beijing WSL group launched by the current comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,put forward the group's marketing goal,from product,channel,price,promotion and tangible demonstration formulated the new marketing strategy,in order to improve the accuracy of the group management decision-making,so as to share in the vision rehabilitation market,set up the distinctive brand image,to ensure a long-term and steady development of the group.Thesis research results to promote Beijing WSL group marketing level,promote the competitiveness of Beijing WSL group has certain application value,in the formulation of marketing strategy for other similar companies also have certain reference significance.
