The Research On Enterprise Knowledge Graph Construction Based On Enterprise Knowledge Management

Under the environment of Big Data,there is a great amount of knowledge behind the data,which will become an important force to promote the economic development.And data assets have been promoted to the national strategic resources level.With the recognition of the data value has been improved,and with the level of enterprise informationization has been enhanced,many knowledge intensive enterprises have realized that the knowledge assets are important driving force for the sustainable development of the enterprise.And promote the organization,manage and usage of enterprise knowledge to enterprise strategic development level.Many of them have already carried out the practice of enterprise knowledge management project.However,they still lack effective means to integrate the knowledge that are physically distributed but logically connected,which greatly restricts the formation of enterprise knowledge network.And to a certain degree constrains the usage of knowledge value.As an important part of knowledge engineer,the main task of knowledge graph is to recognize entities and build connections between them.In the form of"node-edge-node",we can integrate all the knowledge nodes and finally form a knowledge network.As the core support for Google’s next generation of search engine technology,it was first put forward by Google and has caused the extensive concern in the industry and academia.With the extensive practices of knowledge graph in business,finance,medical and other fields,it further proves the feasibility and advantages of knowledge graph in knowledge organization,management and utilization.Therefore,in this thesis we applied knowledge graph technology to improve the practice of enterprise knowledge management.We can organize the enterprise knowledge and construct relationships between them through knowledge graph,which can integrate the all the enterprise knowledge and build its knowledge network.Based on the enterprise knowledge graph,we can improve the quality of enterprise knowledge service,and promote the circulation and usage of knowledge within the enterprise.In this thesis,we conclude the construction process,method and main technologies of knowledge graph construction at first.And then combined with the practice of enterprise knowledge management,we analyzes the operation mechanism of enterprise knowledge flow and the framework of enterprise knowledge management.Based on which we can have a clear comprehensive of the origin and characters of enterprise knowledge,and the characteristics of enterprise knowledge organization.Then we analyze the specific requirements of the enterprise knowledge graph construction,and combined its process with the process of enterprise knowledge management.Then we put forward a construction process of knowledge graph based on enterprise knowledge management.In this thesis,we use the crawler to get data from the Internet,and follow the construction process to achieve the extraction and fusion of knowledge.And with the help of figure database Neo4j,we saved the knowledge and achieved the building of knowledge graph,which proved the feasibility of the process.Finally,we deepen the application of knowledge graph in enterprise knowledge management in the aspects of search engine,intelligent recommendation and innovation application.In this thesis,we provide references for enterprises in two aspects,the process of enterprise knowledge graph construction and the application of knowledge graph in enterprise knowledge management.Which have important meaning for improving the level of enterprise knowledge management and the quality of enterprise knowledge service,and maximize the value of enterprise knowledge.
