| The knowledge map is one of important technologies of knowledge management has a few research literatures at home and abroad. But the majority just regard knowledge map as moiety of knowledge management system and knowledge manage technologies to simply introduce it. They just research knowledge map from content, form and function. However research literatures about construction of knowledge map is few.The paper research mainly has two aspects: the first one is the sort of enterprise knowledge and its knowledge component; the second one is the method and technology of construction of explicit knowledge map and tacit knowledge map.First, the paper expounds the meaning of enterprise knowledge and the concept of enterprise knowledge map. Then through analyzing other's research about knowledge map, it proposes the sort of knowledge map on the basis of the sort of knowledge, namely, external knowledge map and internal knowledge map, and explicit knowledge map and tacit knowledge map. It roundly expounds the function of knowledge map in enterprise knowledge management. Through analyzing famous scholars'research about enterprise knowledge scope and contents, it put forwards knowledge composing of enterprise knowledge map, namely, external knowledge composing and internal knowledge composing. And it defines respective content and conform the rules of knowledge composing of enterprise knowledge map. Then the paper researches the construction of enterprise knowledge map. It respectively investigates the construction methods and technologies of explicit knowledge map and tacit knowledge map .It proposes main process of construction of enterprise knowledge map, issues needing attention of construction and its appraisement.Finally, through two examples, they respectively demonstrate the construction of enterprise explicit knowledge map and tacit knowledge map.
