An Analysis Of The "Five Modernizations" Coupling Coordination Level And Influencing Factors Of Lanxi City Group

With the implementation of reform and opening up,China's society and economy have begun to enter a stage of rapid development.Industrialization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization have begun to advance rapidly.With the further advancement of development,China has proposed the major task of “three modernizations,” namely,“In-depth development of urbanization,urbanization and the simultaneous promotion of agricultural modernization," and on this basis,China has further proposed the simultaneous development of “four modernizations.” We must “adhere to the path of new-type industrialization,informationization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics and promote the deep integration of informatization and industrialization,positive interaction between industrialization and urbanization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,and promote the simultaneous development of industrialization,informatization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization.” In recent years,great achievements have been made in China's social and economic construction,and the awareness of ecological environmental protection has been gradually enhanced.On the basis of the “four modernizations,” China have added “greenization” and put forward the major goals of coordinated development of “five modernizations”.This paper takes the industrialization,urbanization,informationization,agricultural modernization and greenization(abbreviated as “five modernizations”)of the 39 county-level units of the Lanxi City Group in 2005,2010 and 2015 as the research object,First of all,calculate the development level of the “five modernizations” of the Lanxi City Group,and then calculate the comprehensive development level of the “five modernizations”,combined with the coupling model,evaluated the coordinated development level of the “five modernizations” of Lanxi City Group.Based on this,spatial analysis methods such as spatial autocorrelation analysis and geographically weighted regression analysis(GWR)are used to study the temporal and spatial disparity pattern,temporal and spatial evolutionary trends,and influencing factors of the coordinated development of the “five modernizations” in the urban agglomeration of Lanxi City.Provide reference for the formulation and development policy of science in all regions of the city cluster in Lanxi.The following main conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a significant difference in the spatial pattern of coordinated development among the “five modernizations” in Lanxi City Group.The urban areas of Lanzhou and Xining are high-value core areas,and the coordination level of “five modernizations” gradually decreases toward the surrounding county units.In addition,Baiyin District and Linxia City,the “five modernizations” coordination level is also higher;The areas with low coordination levels of the “five modernizations” in Lanxi City Group are mainly distributed on the southern areas,and the “five modernizations” coordination type is on the verge of misalignment,marginal coordination,and primary coordination;(2)The coupling coordinated development level of “five modernizations” in Lanxi City Group has a significant spatial positive correlation,and the high-high agglomeration is obvious;The “five modernizations” coupling coordination level has a significant difference in hot and cold hot spots,and the hot spot area is mainly the high level of coupling coordination level,and the cold area coincides with the low level of the coupling coordination level.The spatial distribution of the hot spot area and the cold spot area is distinct.(3)The coupling coordination level of the “five modernizations” in Lanxi City Group has increased significantly,and the number of county-level units coordinated by the intermediate level has increased significantly in 2015.The districts with higher levels of coupling coordination of “five modernizations” in Lanxi City Group are mainly urban areas of Lanzhou,Xining,Baiyin and Linxia City.The areas with relatively low coupling coordinated development levels of“five modernizations” are mainly Tongren County,Hualong County,Huanyuan County,Weiyuan County,Jishishan County and Dongxiang County.Linxia State Jishishan County has the lowest coupling coordination level,and Lanzhou City Chengguan District has the highest level.(4)The 6 factors that influence the coupling coordinated development of the “five modernizations” in Lanxi City Group are: the disposable income of urban and rural residents> the per capita disposable income of rural residents> the total investment in fixed assets> total retail sales of consumer goods> consumption level of urban residents> expenditure on environmental protection and energy conservation.(5)In the area with low coupling coordination level in Lanxi City Group,most of the county-level units are located within the main production areas of agricultural production and key ecological function areas within the restricted development area.Except for the level of greenization,the level of informatization,the level of industrialization,urbanization,informatization and agricultural modernization is relatively low,especially the level of agricultural modernization,has led to a low level of comprehensiveness in the region.In the “five modernizations,” the level of agricultural modernization has been the lowest,and it has lagged behind the development level of other “four modernizations”.The coupling of the “five modernizations” in these areas is relatively low,making the interaction between the“five modernizations” weaker and failing to form strong support and mutual action.
