Contemporary companies seek to obtain unique competitive advantages through innovation,and carry out innovation and upgrades from various aspects such as production,management,and sales.Entering a new era,China has accelerated the construction of an innovative country,advocating popular entrepreneurship and innovation.China has abundant human resources.The state encourages enterprises,universities and research institutes to develop and utilize innovative resources,develop platform economies and share economies.The country regards the construction of innovative countries as the development goals of China for the past 10 years,and uses innovation resources,knowledge creation of innovation performance as the measurement standard.In the enterprise knowledge system,tacit knowledge accounts for 90% of the company's knowledge,and it is expressed as technical skills,work experience,know-how,values,and internalized knowledge.Tacit knowledge is the source of creating value and is a unique competitive advantage of the company.Tacit knowledge is formed in practical activities such as specific production and sales.Only when employees communicate and share with each other can knowledge be updated faster.However,because of the complexity of tacit knowledge sharing and the influence of corporate internal environment,such as the corporate cultural environment and organizational structure,the contribution of tacit knowledge sharing to corporate innovation performance has a different degree of influence.The external performance of corporate culture is based on corporate values and organizational operating models.According to studies by Schein and other scholars,corporate culture contains deeper basic assumptions and beliefs.It is constantly learning and forming in responding to the external competition environment and dealing with internal organizational environment issues.Therefore,corporate culture can play a role in unconsciousness and form the employee's rules of conduct and norms.Existing research has confirmed that implicit knowledge sharing has a positive impact on employee individual innovation and corporate performance.At the same time,different types of corporate culture have different organizational structures,business operating models,relationships among employees,and information circulation methods.Based on previous studies,this study explores the role of different corporate culture types in the relationship between tacit knowledge sharing and each dimension and innovation performance.In view of this,this paper follows the research ideas of “propose the problem—collect literature—hypothetical derivation—data collection—empirical analysis—hyp-othesis test—draw conclusion”,on the basis of reviewing the relevant literature,the author proposes that “how tacit knowledge sharing affects innovation performance”is the main research question,addressing the following two key issues: exploring whether tacit knowledge sharing affects innovation performance,how the impact me-chanism of each dimension is? Does the regulation of different corporate cultures have a moderating effect on the relationship between tacit knowledge sharing and innovation performance,and how do different culture types regulate the relationship between the two? Based on organizational learning theory,social exchange theory and knowledge governance theory,this paper systematically reviews the concepts of tacit knowledge sharing,innovation performance,and corporate culture.Then,we summarize the relationship between the three,and build theoretical model based on tacit knowledge sharing as independent variable and innovation performance as the dependent variable,taking corporate culture as regulated variable.Based on this,all the research hypotheses of this article are derived.Then,through questionnaire design,distribution and collection,data are obtained.The theoretical models and corresponding research hypotheses were tested using the analysis of reliability and validity,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The study found that tacit knowledge sharing can promote innovation performance and confirm it through regression analysis:in each dimension of tacit knowledge sharing,the promotion effect of individual interaction on innovation performance <The effect of informal group sharing on innovation performance <The promotion effect of formal organization sharing on innovation performance.Corporate culture positively regulates the overall relationship between tacit knowledge sharing and innovation performance.Vital culture and clan culture play a positive role in regulating the relationship between tacit knowledge sharing and each dimension and innovationperformance.Market-based culture and hierarchical culture play a negative moderating effect in tacit knowledge sharing and the relationship between various dimensions and innovation performance.
