The international and domestic situation is currently undergoing profound and complex changes.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved.What we now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.What people's needs for a better life are not only reflected in the material things but also in the soft demands such as sense of acquisition,security and well-being.However,there are few research discussing about how to obtain“job-related happiness” which is one of the "happiness" connotation.This study takes the new generation employee who is the main force of the workplace as the research object,discussing the interaction mechanism between organization's career management and job-related happiness and take the organizational identity as intermediary variable to discuss its intermediating mechanism from the perspective of the enterprise.The manners of writing this thesis are as follows: State the research backgrounds,put forward the theoretical and practical significance,clarify the research content and innovation points;Second,review the literature research achievements about organizational career management,job-related happiness and organizational identification,explain their dimensionality,determine the selection scale and propose models and assumptions;Third,design,release and collect questionnaires,and analyze the sample data;Finally,summarize the hypothesis verification and research conclusions of empirical research,explain the management implications,explain the limitations of research,and put forward the research outlook.The innovation of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduce organizational career management and job well-being into enterprise employee management at the same time;(2)this paper proved the antecedent variables of organizational identity include organizational career management and the outcome variables include job-related happiness;(3)Based on the literature review of organizational career management and organizational identity,the interrelation between organizational identity and job well-being,take the organizationalidentity as the intermediary variable and empirical proved its impact on the relationship between organizational career management and job-related happiness.The conclusion of this paper are:(1)The new generation of employees' organizational career management has positive impact on job-related happiness.(2)The new generation of employees' organizational career management has positive impact on the organizational identity;(3)The new generation of employees' organizational identity has positive impact on job-related happiness;(4)Organizational identity partially mediates the effects between organizational career management and job-related happiness.Under the new normal and the new era background,this study focuses on the pursuit of job well-being of the new generation of employees,discussing the impact of organizational career management on job well-being and add organizational identity as mediation variables to discuss the mechanism.Starting from the four dimensions of organizational career management,this paper proposed the corresponding management advices on how to improve employee well-being.
