Since twenty-first Century, the new generation of employees gradually become the main staff.Compared to the traditional employees who are born in 1960 to 1970,they are more selfish, pay more attention to individual growth and create much job dissatisfaction so that a large number of employees resign. When it comes to the increasingly fierce competition at global market and the high demand of human resource management of enterprise, how to scientifically improve the job satisfaction of new generation employees has become an imminent problem, many scholars at home and abroad has done empirical research on the new-generation employees from the perspective of organizational behavior combined with economics and management science;however, with the development of the third revolution and the rise of information technology and service industries, enterprises measure employees' abilities from the traditional sense of loyalty to a modern perspective of interpersonal competence, learning ability and the ability to adapt to the environment, therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of organizational career management on job satisfaction from the characteristics of the new-generation employees. This paper combines economics, sociology and management science and other subjects, uses the method of theoretical analysis and empirical research and chooses the new-generation employees as the sample to study the influence of the organizational career management and interpersonal psychological capital on job satisfaction, but also it is helpful to provide organization with the effective occupation career management and improve the job satisfaction of staff. This study found the present achievements and shortages through the regression and combing the literature at home and abroad, then, based on the conservation of resources theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, social cognitive theory and social exchange theory,we make the theoretical analysis of the new-generation employee about organizational career management awareness, interpersonal psychological capital and job satisfaction. And further,we provide significant positive correlation hypothesis of the organization occupation career management perception and psychological capital on job satisfaction. Then select 211 new generation employees as the sample data, using T test, single factor variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediating effect test and other statistical mathematical methods to analyze the relations of organizational career management perception, interpersonal psychological capital and job satisfaction, empirical results are as follows:both the occupation career management perception and interpersonal psychological capital, together with their some factors have significant positive influence on job satisfaction;interpersonal psychological capital has part mediating effect on the relationship between the organizational occupation career management perception and job satisfaction;focusing on training influences job satisfaction through the part inter-mediation of interpersonal psychological capital;communication of occupation development information influences job satisfaction through the full inter-mediation of interpersonal psychological capital. At the end,the theoretical and empirical results are summarized, some suggestions and implications are put forward.
