The Public Traffic To Carry Out "Internet Plus" Mode Of Operation Performance Evaluation Based On Balanced Scorecard Perspective

With the advent of the big data era,the sharing economy is in full swing,and many traditional industries are suffering a huge impact.As a new form of business under the "Internet +",the online car has had a huge impact on the traditional taxi industry.For the traditional taxi industry,the traditional business model can no longer meet the needs of the market,and the profitability has been declining year by year.If it can not adapt to the changes in the market in time,elimination is an inevitable result,and reform is imperative.On March 30,2016,Mass Transit launched the "Public Travel" APP,marking the official start of the "Internet +" reform of the traditional taxi industry.After efforts,the market competitiveness of mass transit is gradually picking up,but in the face of the changes brought about by the "Internet +" model,there are still many problems that need to be solved.This article is intended to analyze the performance of the public transport before and after the implementation of the "Internet +" model,and then how the traditional taxi industry's business performance is guaranteed under the "Internet +" model.This paper consists of six parts,as described below: Chapter I: Introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background of this topic,and also explains the purpose and value of the research in detail.The second chapter: related theories and literature review.Firstly,it reviews the related theories,and then describes the development and improvement of the company performance evaluation and the "Internet +" research at home and abroad through literature review.The third chapter: the current situation of mass transportation management and the motivation analysis of implementing the "Internet +" model.Firstly,this paper introduces the operation status of mass transit,analyzes the motivation of implementing the "Internet +" model,and makes it clear that it is necessary to implement the "Internet +" model.Chapter 4: The comparison and evaluation of operation performance before and after the implementation of "Internet +" for mass transit.By means of balanced scorecard,the performance of the company before and after the implementation of "Internet +" was compared,and the performance indicators were evaluated comprehensively.Chapter 5: suggestions for improving the performance of the traditional taxi industry.
