Research On Mass Customization Balance Judgment Model

In the 21st century,with the dual influences from both pulling power of diversity of market environment outside and internal impetus of emerging technology devel-opment,the enterprise provides customized products and services by carrying out mass customization production mode.Mass customization which merge the advantage of low cost brought by mass production and higher earnings brought by customized production together,making enterprise meet the demands from clients with a lower cost rapidly,providing customized production and service,meeting individual service of clients,achieving clients' value,so that bringing much higher earnings of enterprise,achieving the effective increase of corporate profit eventually.Therefore,the very big deal of enterprise which carrying out mass customization is making balance between scale and customization,cost and earnings,achieving the balance of mass customiza-tion,so that to get the profit.With this background,the main purpose of this research is marking a judgment for enterprise which carried out mass customization,providing a guidance of the strategic direction in next stage.First of all,this thesis revealing the theory value and real meaning of mass cus-tomization by analyzing mass customization systematically both at home and aboard.Secondly,based on the related theory of mass customization,this thesis putting forward strategic mode of mass customization,then making a much more integrated theory system.Thirdly,this thesis analyzing the main factor which influence the balance of mass customization from market environment,enterprise ability,product features.Eventually,based on enterprise,this thesis establishing a model for the judgment of balance,achieving qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation by using benchmark comparative judgment method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Choosing enterprise on machinery equipment as an example and do a re-search,complete the result analysis by using software and also make an advice on development direction and improvement for enterprise in next stage.
