As the main body in the tourism activities,tourists give the full play to their subjective initiative,at the same time,they participate in the whole process of the tourism activities,from the acception of the stimuli from inside and outside to form a tourism motive,then to evaluate and filter the information which you have gathered,and from the experience in the travel to the accumulation of the experience,finally,the experience will affect the next tourism activities,and it will have a certain impact on it,the tourism activities will cycle round and round again.In the research of the tourism activities,tourists have been the focus in the research,especially to the study of the tourists' behavior,have attracted more and more attention from home and abroad.As a precondition for consumption behavior,the decision-making of the tourists in the tourist destination is more and more complex and changeable,it will be affected by different factors,these factors are interrelated and interacted,they restrict the decision-making behavior in tourist destination.the author buildes up the perceptual model with "Benefits and Risks",then summarizes the factors.through a lot of questionnaire and data analysis,to argue the hypothesis in the article,make full use of the data analysis software SPSS 17.0,with the descriptive statistics,factor analysis,correlation analysis,and other methods to analyze the data,then the hypothesis were verified and corrected,then come to the conclusion.Finally,some suggestions are put forward in terms of high load factors,demographic characteristics of tourists,individual tourists,network factors and tourist destinations.And pointing out the limitations and deficiencies of the research,as well as the future direction of the study.
