At present,the unprecedented development of the world economy has brought great convenience to the human society.Our country conforms to the trend of the times,and the material and cultural level of the people's life has also been greatly promoted,but the consequent environmental pollution has also become the cost of common payment by the countries all over the world.water pollution and air pollution have spread to our lives.The increasingly expensive drinking water and the smog of blotting out the sun are the feedback of our country's extensive economic development in the past few years.Nowadays,under the background of China's new economic normal,green finance and sustainable finance become one of the main themes of economic development.The concept of coordinated development between the environment and the economy is very important for the government,the institutions,the enterprises and the masses,and many green industries in China need to be developed urgently.But the supporting financing system is not perfect,the development of the green industry has produced a big fund gap.In the world,as a new special bond,the green financial bond has many advantages that make it a financial tool to support the development of the green industry.The development of green financial bonds is greatly promoted.First of all,we try to issue green financial bonds with commercial banks as the carrier.This article selects the publisher of the first green debt,Pudong Dvelpment Bank,analyzes the qualification of its green financial bond issue,discusses the requirements of the commercial banks in China to carry out green financial bonds,and provides reference for the commercial banks to follow up the business.This paper analyzes the qualification of the issuance of the green financial bond in Pudong Development Bank.From the start of Pudong Dvelopment Bank itself,what standards are in line with the main financial indicators,regulatory targets and risk management of the Bank of pup,combined with the difficulties in preparation and distribution,the issue of issuing green financial bonds to commercial banks in China is put forward.Finally,this article gives some suggestions and enlightenment.
