The Research Of Financing Channel For Financial Leasing Company

Financial leasing company has been introduced into China since 1980s for more than 20 years.Despise of the quick development in socialist market system,the financial leasing industry is still in its early age considering the huge gap of scale and capital penetration rate between China and other western developed countries,which are disadvantageous to the minor enterprises financing and China's economic development.Such retardation could be traced to several factors such as imperfect legislation,lack of acknowledgment and understanding of financial leasing industry,and the most fundamental one—small scale of capital and large funding gap in the industry itself.Consequently,the key to improve this industry is to discover the financing method of financial leasing industry and get enough capital.This dissertation,by studying the current development of financial leasing and related company at home and abroad,describes different financing methods in combination of features and projects of financial leasing industry.Through comparative analysis,this article introduces the features,patterns and disadvantages of traditional financing methods,thus explaining the new types of financing methods—on the platform of P2P,cross border finance and ABS.Case study and comparative analysis are used to study the innovative financing methods.
