Since the 21 st century,the deepening of economic globalization has made the economic and trade exchanges between the countries of the world increasingly frequent,and the rapid flow of capital in the highly active financial markets around the world,along with the increasing scale of capital,asset prices have also shown a number of destabilizing factors,and the stable and healthy development of financial and economic environment in all countries around the world will face a very serious challenge.In this context,the focus of attention in commercial banks on the issue of non-performing loans.After the international financial crisis,in the background of the slowdown of China's economic growth,to a certain extent the problem of non-performing loans of commercial banks in China has entered a buffer period,economic data since 2010 show that the non-performing loans of commercial banks in China have shown a "double-rise" trend,which will make the problem of non-performing loans receive wide attention from all walks of life.As we all know,the rising rate of non-performing loans not only affects the steady development of China's economy,but also causes financial crisis.Therefore,the present situation of non-performing loans of commercial banks in China in the post-financial crisis era,and how commercial banks adjust their business strategies and take advantage of the opportunities offered by the current supply side reform to prevent financial risks,becoming the top priority of the current existence and development of commercial banks.The data show that the scale of non-performing loans of Chinese commercial banks has been rising year by year and the increase is large.On the one hand,the commercial banks are unable to operate normally,the loans can not be recovered on time,and serious bad assets will be suspended for a long time,the negative assets of commercial banks,on the other hand,will also have a negative impact on the development of China's national economy,the problems in the banking system will not only affect the real economy of the country,but will lead to the closure or even the closure of some industries in our country,which has seriously slowed down the pace of restructuring of our enterprises,and the huge amount of money needed to finance the problem of non-performing loans would add to the government's deficit.This paper first introduces the concept and classification of non-performing loans of commercial banks,and theoretically analyzes the impact of non-performing loans on the commercial banks themselves and on the international financial and economic stability,then the paper introduces the present situation and characteristics of non-performing loans of commercial banks in China during the post-financial crisis,and analyzes the cross-term influence of the non-performing loans of commercial banks on their own management strategies from both theoretical and empirical aspects,the sample data were selected for the first quarter of 2010 and the fourth quarter of 2016 for the 16 listed commercial banks in China,eVEIWS6.0 panel model was used to analyze the business risk of commercial banks from the aspects of reserve coverage,loan-to-deposit ratio,net interest margin and non-interest income.Finally,the paper analyzes the prevention and disposal measures of non-performing loans from the microscopic point of view of commercial banks,and puts forward the measures of reducing non-performing loan from commercial banks from theaspects of Business Operation Management Strategy and credit management strategy.
