Securities brokerage business is a traditional business and one of the main businesses of securities companies.Because of the scarcity of channel resources in the early stage,the profits generated by securities brokerage business were more.In recent years,the monopoly situation of domestic stock market industry has been broken,which leads to the intensification of industry competition.The bargaining power of securities companies is declining.Because of the online account opening business,the restrictions on opening new business outlets,the implementation of multi-account policy and the rise of internet securities,these all aggravate the competition situation of brokerage business of securities companies.Price competition is the main means of competition because of the high homogeneity of brokerage business.Price competition leads to a decline in the average commission rate of brokerage business and a decline in income-generating capacity.This paper studies the brokerage business of Fuzhou business department of H securities.The article begins with an introduction of the background,significance,content and methods of the study.Introduce the concept and characteristics of securities brokerage business.Analysis of the current situation of China's securities brokerage business industry by means of Michael Porter's five forces model.Analyze the current marketing strategy and existing problems of the brokerage business in Fuzhou business department of H securities,and its advantages and disadvantages.The article draws on the marketing mode of brokerage business at home and abroad,and combines the theory of 7Ps to conceive the marketing strategy of the business brokerage business of H securities in Fuzhou.I hope the research of this paper can be a reference for the marketing work of brokerage business in the fuzhou business department of H securities.
