| The thrusting development of Internet changed our daily life as well as the traditional industry.Among the new businesses that have been springing up during the decade of Internet,the online online live-stream platforms are even different from the others.Been one of the most popular entertainment nowadays,the online live-stream platforms are also going through multiple capital movements,all of which are participated with Assets Appraisal service.However,comparing to traditional company,the online online live-stream platforms are more special from organizational structure to profit pattern.Therefore,traditional valuating methods are not so applicable when evaluating the online live-stream platforms.This thesis discusses the definition,the profit pattern,and the driving factor of value of the online online live-stream platforms.This essay also analyzes some of the commonly used valuating methods based on domestic and foreign studies,trying to examine the applicability of those in online live-stream platforms cases.This thesis focuses on building a valid method for the evaluation of the online live-stream platforms and discussing the advantage and disadvantage of this method. |
