Enterprises have both opportunities and many risks in face of the increasingly obvious trend of economic market-oriented and globalization.In many of these risks,financial risk is undoubtedly the most critical risk for the purpose of making profits for the enterprise.If the enterprise can't prevent and resolve the financial risks in a timely and effective manner,it may run into difficulties or even bankrupt collapse.The first thing that can prevent and resolve financial risks is have a sound early warning system.Through this system,we can detect the abnormal financial situation in time and take effective measures to avoid the financial risks and minimize the losses.Moreover,under the premise of the increasingly fine division of the modern industry,enterprises should fully consider their industry factors when establishing the financial risk early warning system.The entropy-efficiency coefficient method is the base of early warning analysis in this paper.The specific research ideas are as follows:Firstly,the research status of financial risk early warning is discussed,and the current situation is summarized and the introduction of the method is introduced.Secondly,the basic theories of entropy method and efficiency coefficient method are respectively introduced,Method to build the financial risk early warning system superiority and feasibility.And then,the sample selection process is explained and the financial index that can best evaluate the financial status of the industry isselected.Then the objective indicators of the selected indicators are given more objective weight,and then the cluster analysis is used to re-determine the Standard value,the bio-pharmaceutical industry to build financial risk warning system.Finally,the system is used to analyze and verify the early warning of the financial risk of the sample company,which proves the effectiveness of the early warning in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.In this paper,cluster analysis to determine the standard value is to reduce the loss of data discrimination process.In addition,the combination of entropy method and Efficacy Coefficient method is easier to understand and easier to operate than other risk early-warning models.It has certain reference function for the prediction and prevention of financial risks in the bio-pharmaceutical industry and also provides them with financial management activities A certain scientific basis.
