Today,the consumer is paying more and more attention to the quality of life.It can only rely on quality and service.This paper based on the theory of service marketing and quality control,use the SERVQUAL model of PZB,from the six dimensions of security,reliability,responsiveness,tangible,empathy and enterprise image,the service quality evaluation system of the Meituan Takeout is constructed.were compared and analyzed through questionnaire investigation of service quality for Meituan Takeout workers and consumers perception,finds out the main problems and causes of the existing delivery service quality.According to the Meituan Takeout,Eleme Takeout,Baidu Takeout competitive analysis,internal environment analysis,and consumer analysis on the service quality score,the Meituan Takeout current service quality is good,but consumers still not strong enough the conclusion.And from the five aspects of strictly controlling food quality,improving the quality of Web Service,strengthening distribution norms,improving service soft power,and improving consumers’ perception of service quality,it puts forward countermeasures for improving the quality of takeaway service. |
