Research On The Financing Efficiency Of Listed E-commerce Companies In My Country

In recent years,China's e-commerce has maintained a steady development trend,the scale of transactions continues to grow,and the social and economic impact is deepening.On the other hand,with the slow growth of the number of Internet users,e-commerce is also facing problems such as the slowdown in the overall growth rate,the intensification of market competition,and the rise of the online cost.Meanwhile,more and more attention has been paid to corporate finance.In this paper,the data envelopment analysis method is used to analyze the financing efficiency of the electricity supplier listed companies.First of all,the definition of related concepts of listed companies,financing and financing efficiency of electricity suppliers,making the research object clearer and clearer.From the perspective of financing theory and efficiency theory,the theoretical basis is summarized,and the related factors that affect the efficiency of enterprise financing are analyzed in detail,mainly from the macro and micro angles.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of financing efficiency,the corresponding input and output indicators were selected.The data envelopment analysis method is used to build an index system to evaluate the financing efficiency of the listed companies and analyze the current financing efficiency.From the empirical analysis,it can be concluded that the overall financing efficiency of the listed companies in China is not high.In the process of operation,we should pay more attention to the related indicators of the company's financing efficiency and promote the raising of the financing efficiency.In the past three years,the financing efficiency of China's electricity supplier listed companies has changed more steadily.Through the analysis of the change trend of the financing efficiency of the Sample Firms in the past 2014-2016 years,the number of companies which have realized the efficiency of financing efficiency in the three years of the sample of e-commerce companies has risen slightly,and the difference in numerical change is small.On the whole,the enterprises listed in our country are in the stage of increasing returns to scale,which shows that the company can improve the income by expanding the production scale,changing the mode of production and using more advanced technology.On the basis of the empirical results of the financing efficiency of the listed companies,combined with the factors influencing the financing efficiency of the listed companies,it is suggested that the financing efficiency of the listed companies can be further improved by adopting the measures of optimizing the capital structure,perfecting the corporate governance structure and the development of diversified financing channels,so as to facilitate the promotion of electricity.The healthy and sustained development of the sub business industry.For the local government,it will help to support the development of listed companies.
