Individual high-end customers of commercial banks has become the focus of competition,to strengthen individual high-end customer relationship marketing and effective management,retail banking has become a priority development.Taking the Agricultural Bank of China Fuxin points behavioral research object,using a questionnaire theory and empirical analysis,financial institutions learn from the experience of advanced high-end customer relationship management individuals,using a variety of customer relationship management theory,provides an overview of the business development branch of the Agricultural Bank of Fuxin terms of the overall situation,the individual high-end customer relationship management status,service and so on.Pointed out that the main problems in Fuxin branch of the Agricultural Bank of individual high-end customer relationship management.On this basis,we propose to enhance their high-end customer relationship management,measures and countermeasures to enhance market competitiveness.Through the depth of the individual branches of the Agricultural Bank of Fuxin high-end customer relationship management issues,to promote Fuxin branch of the Agricultural Bank of individual high-end customer service management more scientific,to enhance its market share,improve competitiveness,and maintain a healthy,stable and thriving up.
