With the development of China economy and the rapid growth of people's disposable income,the explotion of the high net value customer base pushes the progess of wealth management diversification forward.The high net value customer group prefers highly professional wealth management service to basic value preservation and increment.They seek scientific family asset allocation service and wealth management plan through their various stages of life,including insurance program,education plan,financial plan of retirement and inheritance.Starting with research bankground and signification,this paper combines the dynamic wealth management theories worldwide with research approach,discussing the future development of the wealth management methods,aiming to find a practical strategy and direction.Furthermore,based on the development stage of the Bank of China M Branch,this paper explains the current situation of the M Branch's wealth management practice,along with the disadvantages and influence factors,to reach a more pertinence wealth management strategy.The research instruments used in this paper includes questionaire and market research.With these research methods,the potential wealth management needs are revealed and the business models of wealth management are innovated.Consequently,the wealth management business in Bank of China M Branch grows in a brand new angle and platform.The literature review of chinese and international theories builds the theory basis of the innovation of the Bank of China M Branch wealth management service.Also,the theoretical analysis which directing the fundamental theories of the existing wealth management system develops the wider channel and advanced pattern in business.Specifically,the thoretical analysis contributes to this paper in several following aspects: investment planning,customer financing behavior,history overview,asset structure analysis,service pattern analysis and customer research.For what has been discussed above,the data collection from the huge database plays a major role in analyzing Bank of China M Branch wealth management strategy.This paper divides M Branch wealth management system in three dimensions: current situation,customer group analysis and service pattern innovation.Firstly,to study and improve the principle and service system of M Branch,the demands of the current customer could be understood and satisfied.Secondly,to know the customer's behavior and characteristics offers much more creative wealth management options.Finally,the customer benefit from the new business model so the supply and demand are balanced.The final and ultimate purposes of this paper are building a segmented marketing plan and designing the innovated wealth management products through emphasising the business structure of wealth management,not only in customer development and consultation,but also in the large database level.At the same time,M Branch should reinforce the third-party cooperation strategy to meet the detailed market demands.In this way,the wealth management business of Bank of China M Branch can reach a significant development in future.
