In recent years,the overall size of China's private wealth sector has witnessed rapid growth and great potential for development.This is a "new blue ocean" where competition by wealth management institutions both at home and abroad competes.As HNWIs have completed the primitive accumulation of wealth,their wealth management objectives have gradually shifted from "creating wealth" to "enriching the rich and transferring wealth".Family trust business as the crown of wealth management,whether for the high net worth clients or wealth management agencies themselves are of strategic importance.This paper focuses on the family trust business in the territory to carry out the model,especially the target customer differentiation analysis for the wealth management institutions,the maintenance of high-net-worthy clients to carry out family business trust has a positive guiding significance.This paper uses a combination of literature research and empirical research methods.The thesis is roughly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background and significance,research status quo,main innovations and shortcomings.The second part is an overview of the family trust,which mainly explains the origin of the trust,the definition of the family trust,the main parties,the main functions,the classification and the comparison of the main inheritance tools such as the family trust and the will and the insurance.The third part is the analysis of the current mode and market environment of family trust business,including the main body and mode of operation of domestic family trust business,the opportunities and difficulties faced by the family trust business and the measures to deal with the opportunities and challenges.The fourth part is the analysis of the domestic family trust business based on the differentiated customers.The analysis includes the customer differentiation analysis from the perspectives of wealth protection demand,wealth inheritance demand,wealth management demand,imminent or overseas relocation customers and customers in need of charity trust,The main steps of the implementation of the trust and risk points,family trust business can not touch the "red line" and so on.The fifth part is to propose the future development of domestic family trust business.The main innovation of this paper lies in the fact that different from the past essays,different types of customers use the family trust's flexibility to set up a family trust framework that meets the needs of customers,and realize the needs of high net worth clients such as wealth protection,wealth inheritance,and wealth management.For trust companies,commercial banks,private banks,and other wealth management fields Market players have practical guidance and operability.
