With the rapid economic development,with the accelerating process of economic globalization,political and economic environment at home and abroad moment fluctuation,the trend of competition is more and more fierce,under the background of a marked increase in the difficulty of enterprise development environment,as one of the few domestic with Banks,securities,trust,financial leasing,industrial companies and other financial licenses all branch of large st:ate-owned financial asset management companies,how to base on the future development and survival,is facing the company high-level,all employees unavoidable reality problem.Therefore,break through the existing human resources management system,perfect,optimized design,set up an efficient and practical,the apt to H HN branch performance appraisal system of financial asset management companies appears imminent,is crucial.The design of real,objective and quantifiable performance appraisal system is the most fundamental and core work of modern enterprise's successful human resource management.To HN branch as a case,this article use the study of performance appraisal theory knowledge,combined with the actual situation HN branch,the view of the present status of the performance appraisal and the existing unreasonable,to improve the shortcomings,according to find problems,analysis,problem-solving ideas,using target management,key performance appraisal index method,etc,according to the different levels of the company classification,different appraisal main body and target tasks,to establish scientific and reasonable,real and effective,fair and just,objective and quantifiable and not quantitative performance evaluation indicators,through the optimization and design performance evaluation system,promote the HN branch to optimize internal management daily,to improve human resource management work of the forward-looking,motivate staff work positive initiative and cultivate team cooperation consciousness,inspire innovative spirit,strengthen the responsibility consciousness,such as integrated business skills and improve staff quality,healthy and sustainable development for HN branch future reserves outstanding cadres,better safeguard HN branch business plan,help HN branch of a successful implementation of strategic goals.
