Research On The Cultivation Of New Type Grain Of Producers

Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy,and it is the cornerstone of maintaining the stable operation of the whole national economy.With the development of the socialist market economy entering the new era and China's transformation from a traditional agricultural country to a manufacturing power,the sustainable development of the two or three industry will inevitably occupy agricultural resources including population,land and technology.In this context,the intensive production of grain and the industrialization of agriculture emerge as the times require.The construction of a new agricultural management system is of great significance to ensure the stable operation of China's agriculture and the whole national economy in the new era.As a key part of the new agricultural management system,the emergence and development of new grain producers is of great practical significance for ensuring China's food security and consolidating the foundation for the safe operation of the national economy.In order to study the current situation of cultivating new grain producers in our country,this article adopts the method of literature review to carding the development of China's rural labor organization form and the related cultivation policy,development status and trend of the new grain main body in various regions.And further based on the national social science fund project,with the methods of field research,conducted a field survey the current situation of the development of new grain subject to one of China's major grain producing areas in Shandong Province,and selected the Wenshang County in Jining as the research object.This article focuses on Nanzhan Township,Kangyi Town,Nanwang Town,Liulou Township,Ciqiu Town,Yinsi Town,Guolou Town,Guocang Town,Yangdian Township,Juntun Township,Yiqiao Town of Jining City,Wenshang County,a total of 98 new grain producers.Data collection and Research on the basic characteristics of decision makers,selection of grain varieties and planting situation,input of production factors,agricultural information and insurance services are carried out.And in some aspects,in order to clearly reflect some of the main development characteristics of the new type of grain crops,this paper selects 252 farmers in Wenshang,the local and surrounding areas,as reference objects and conducts some survey and statistics on some of their production and management activities.We have carried out investigation and statistics on its part of production and operation,and made a statistical comparison and analysis of the two parts of the data obtained above.Based on the statistical analysis,this paper selects Kaiwo Farm in Wenshang County for case study and makes descriptive statistics on all aspects of its production and operation.In addition,due to the relatively small grain cooperatives in Wenshang County,and the emphasis on local food production related policies,they are mainly family farms and grain growers.Therefore,this paper mainly selects the main grain growers and family farms in Wenshang County as the the research object of this paper.After the statistical analysis on the current situation of new grain producers in Wenshang,we found that the main body of the new type of grain producers has great advantages both in the quality of the workers themselves and in the tilt of the relevant policies,compared with the traditional small farmers at present.After a long time of development,the new grain producers in Wenshang County as the representative has made considerable progress,this is mainly due to the traditional food producers actively seek a breakthrough for their own position,the inflow of two or three industry and other related industries of workers also provide a broad idea of development.In addition,the land circulation policy is becoming more and more perfect,the circulation procedure is more streamlined,and it also provides a stable policy basis for the planting of grain.But during the investigation we found that the current in the cultivation of new type of grain producers still has some questions,such as fewer young and highly educated talents,lack of scientific basis for the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,agricultural machinery operation quality is not high,supporting the agricultural service system should be improved,the formal channels of capital lending difficulties.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems existing in the cultivation of the new type of grain producers.We need to improve the overall quality of the staff,give full play to the leading role of the government in the training work,explore the role of social resources in the training work,improve the labor market,regulate the labor employment channels,strengthen the employment information service system construction,strengthen the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,strengthen the promotion of agricultural technology at the grassroots level,strengthen the means of financial support for agriculture,optimize the service of agricultural insurance,improve dry and storage conditions.
