The Influence Of High-yielding Cultivation Techniques On Farmers’ Behavior,and It Is Studied In Xingning City

Under the background of urbanization and industrialization,the agricultural industrial structure has been continuously adjusted,and the income gap between urban and rural areas has further increased.In order to make more income,the labor structure in rural areas has also changes,and a large number of rural laborers have gone out.From the primary industry to the secondary and tertiary industries.The massive shift of rural labor force has led to a shortage of labor force engaged in agricultural production.So many farmland not cultivated.As an important grain crop,the demand of rice is very large,but the severe situation of the decreasing area of cultivated land is difficult to guarantee the yield of rice.How to attract rice farmers to the scale industrialization of agricultural management has become the most important part of the rural economic development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the effect of high yield cultivation on Farmers’ management behavior.In recent years,the food development in Xingning City has performed satisfactorily and has made great contributions to the economic and social benefits of the city.However,according to the statistics of the Xingning Statistics Department,the area of arable land and grain sown area in Xingning is declining,and the phenomenon of farmland reclamation is becoming more and more serious.As the most important food crop in Xingning City,the output of rice is related to food security.How to realize the rice yield breakthrough and meet people’s demand under the condition of the decrease of cultivated land area,the high yield cultivation technology of rice needs to be popularized in an all-round way,through the agricultural management model of industrialization of large-scale management and industrialization,to achieve the breakthrough of rice production,and to meet the demand of grain market on the basis of increasing farmers’ operating income.The study will conduct arandom survey of 198 farm households in 20 towns and streets in Xingning City to analyze the impact of high-yielding cultivation technologies of rice on farmers’ business conduct.The following conclusions were drawn from the analysis: The first is that the cultivated land in Xingning is fragmented and scattered,and the agricultural management and industrialization,the main cultural quality of the main labor force of the agricultural operation is low,and the elderly and the female are the main factors,which affect the high yield cultivation of rice,and weaken the expectation of the farmers to obtain the maximum agricultural management by the high-yield cultivation technology,and also weaken the expansion of the rice farmers.The large planting area to realize the industrialization of large-scale management industrialization to develop agriculture,especially the 98 households with high yield cultivation technology to grow rice,basically through the way of land transfer to expand the planting area,the technical benefit is more obvious under the scale of planting.The second is the government’s strong support for high-yielding cultivation techniques,so that farmers are more confident in the effectiveness of high-yield cultivation techniques for rice,and they expect to expand the rice planting area through the use of agricultural land circulation under the conditions of high-yield cultivation techniques,relying on large planters,family farms,and New agricultural management entities such as farmers’ professional cooperatives and agricultural leading enterprises have developed agriculture through the mode of large-scale industrialization to maximize the income from agricultural operations.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes the following policy recommendations: First,it is proposed to increase technical training and cultivate a group of new professional farmers who love agriculture,technology,and business.The second is to strengthen the demonstration and promotion,and increase the confidence of the rice farmers to manage agriculture.Third,it is proposed to improve various systems and policies for agricultural operations to ensure the healthy development of agricultural operations.Fourth,it is recommended that farmers should be guided to operate on a moderate scale and create maximum income from agricultural operations.
