The New Institutional Analysis Of The Distribution Of New Ventures In My Country

In September 2014,Premier Li Keqiang publicly called for "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" at the Summer Davos Forum.With the support of national policies,the number of new start-ups in China in 2015 alone is about the same as that in 2010 and before.The explosive growth in the number of new start-ups in China indicates the vitality of China's entrepreneurship and also shows some possible problems.Problems that may exist are reflected in the rapid development of start-ups in the specific industries which are supported by national policies and after the success of a new start-up,there will be a large number of imitators,which will quickly fall into a business crisis.Explain why the founders of organizations in China's start-ups are concentrated in certain industries,and whether this follow-up policy orientation and imitating orientation are conducive to the sustainable development of China's start-ups fields are extremely necessary.In this paper,I explain relevant phenomena emerging in the field of new start-ups in China in the perspective of the relationship between institutional environment and new-founded organizations.I clarified the basic principles of organizational sociology new-institutional theory's research methods and institution,fields,legitimacy,isomorphism and other core concepts.Using Risk Estimate and correlation coefficients to analyze the impact of national policies and successful start-ups on the industrial distribution of China's start-ups.Data analysis results show that the correlation is significant.We believe that this correlation is a manifestation of the role of legitimacy within the organization's field.Legitimacy can help new start-ups in specific industries in China to obtain capital,but it does not guarantee the sustainable development of the organization.Legitimacy mechanism can make new start-ups in certain industries exist in a large amount of time,but it does not guarantee that it will become the backbone of China's innovation and entrepreneurship field.Policy makers and capital owners need to pay attention to the effects of legitimacy in the field of new start-ups in China,and continue to pay attention to the real benefit of policies and the real development potential of the industry,to help the healthy and sustainable development of China's innovation and entrepreneurship.
