Nowadays,the market is being more and more competitive,the technology renewal is quickening,and the customer demand is diverse.The competition pressure of the banking industry is bigger and bigger.In order to better adapt to the competitive and constantly changing market environment,enterprises must attach importance to innovation,increase the research and development of innovation,staff as the foundation of an enterprise.The innovation ability of employees is not only related to the effectiveness of the employees' individual work,but also to the effectiveness of the work of the bank as a whole,and their innovative ability to the enterprise.The development of the industry plays an important role.During the period of 13th Five-Year,the banking industry will usher in new opportunities and stages of development.Banks need to pay more attention to their creativity.Through the domestic and foreign scholars related research,the innovation behavior of the employees is influenced by many factors,and there are many ways to motivate the employees' innovation behavior.In the theoretical deduction and practical research abroad,the work design is gradually becoming one of the methods used by the managers to motivate the employees.In the future,the work design becomes the Chinese enterprise.The important means of industry incentive is a trend.Therefore,enterprises pay more and more attention to the role of work design,and try to explore effective design plan from the perspective of employee innovation behavior.Based on this,this paper introduces employee innovation behavior and work design.In this paper,the research case of YZCX bank DY division behavior,first of all,the research literature of employee innovation behavior and work design is collated and summarized,which provides the theoretical basis for the following research.Then,we analyze the sample data in detail through SPSS20.0 software,and find the mechanism of work design for innovation behavior.After collation and analysis,the three dimensions of work design,namely,work integrity,work autonomy and work feedback,have significant positive effects on bank employees for DY branch.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the work design of DY branch,and explains the place where this study should be improved,and the direction for future research is pointed out.Through the analysis and summary of the questionnaire data,this paper puts forward the optimization plan of the work design of DY branch from the perspective of improving the employee's innovative behavior.The plan suggests that the job instructions of the bank should be perfected,including(enriching the work content,strengthening the post connection,clearing the job responsibilities,setting up a target oriented post responsibility integration system,establishing the feedback link of the work process and the work feedback mechanism),and perfecting the construction of the banking system,including the system of giving employees Certain autonomy;improve the system of job rotation and enhance the understanding of the integrity of the staff;strengthen the training of the post theory,pay attention to the effect of the study,improve the knowledge of the staff,and strengthen the development of the banking system,including the full use of the modern network and information technology to strengthen the feedback of information;and build the internal and external feedback.Taiwan,improve work feedback);improve leadership style to enhance staffs recognition and satisfaction with bank work design.By providing a work design for the DY branch,the bank helps the banks improve their innovation ability,realizes the bank management goals,and provides valuable reference for other enterprises.
