Microsoft founder Bill Gates thinks that his daily work can affect people's lifestyles,and he will be full of confidence and enthusiasm.This is the core of Microsoft culture-work passion.According to a survey of workplace workers,97.5% of them are more or less lacking passionate about their jobs.In the fast-growing Internet big data era,it is very important for employees to have work passion and innovative behavior.Will work passion affect employee innovative behaviors? What variables will influence the employee's innovative behaviors through work passion? Based on self-determination theory,the work passion is divided into two dimensions: the harmonious work passion and the obsessive work passion.This paper built a research model of harmonious and obsessive work passion on the innovative behavior of employees.And explores the mediating role of innovative self-efficacy and the modulate role of organizational innovative climate.Recognizing that work passion has important practical significance for employees' innovative behaviors and corporate creativity.At the same time,it can also promote the implementation and application of work passion in the organization,and learn how to better enhance employee innovation behavior.Based on the theory of self-determination,this paper explores the relationship between harmonious-obsessive work passion and employee innovative behavior,enriches the research on the impact of work passion and proves its theoretical value.This paper conducts an online questionnaire survey of 256 Research and Development personnel from various enterprises in Hubei and Henan Province,and builds a research model of harmoniousobsessive work passion for employee innovation behavior for the group of enterprise Research and Development personnel.Using the statistical software SPSS20.0 and AMOS19.0 to analyze.Finally,it is concluded that the harmonious work passion has a positive impact on the employee's innovative behaviors;the obsessive work passion has a positive impact on the employee's innovation behaviors;the innovative self-efficacy has a partial mediation between the harmonious-obsessive work passion and the employee's innovative behaviors;organizational Innovative climate is positively modulating the relationship between the harmonious work passion and the innovative self-efficacy;organizational Innovative climate can't significantly modulate the relationship between obsessive work passion and innovative self-efficacy.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the research content.Starting from the two dimensions of harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion,this paper studies the mediating role of innovative self-efficacy,and the modulate role of organizational Innovative climate.It is necessity and feasibility for modern enterprises paying attention to employees' work enthusiasm,and puts forward targeted management measures and management suggestions.Firstly,managers should attach great importance to employees' passion for work.As an important positive characteristic of individuals,it can effectively promote employee innovative behaviors.Secondly,promote employees to have a sense of innovative self-efficacy.Thirdly,we should pay attention to the organizational innovative climate at the organizational level and better combine the innovation support provided by the organization.Finally,pay close attention to employee innovative behaviors and take effective measures to improve them.
